Job Description

• Conduct thorough inspections of all fit-out work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures tailored to fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Identify and document defects or non-conformance issues with fit-out materials and workmanship, providing actionable feedback to contractors.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule regular quality audits and inspections throughout various stages of fit-out projects.
• Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings, ensuring that they meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors to address quality concerns and initiate corrective actions promptly when issues are identified.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations, standards, and trends in fit-out quality management to ensure continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports for project documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions for site workers on quality standards and best practices specific to fit-out works.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on potential design improvements that enhance constructability and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential for technical competence.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles specifically within the fit-out sector, showcasing a strong track record.
• Experience in high-end commercial fit-out projects is preferred, indicating familiarity with luxury standards and expectations.
• Candidates with a background in construction management or interior design will have an advantage in understanding project nuances.
