We are currently seeking experienced QA / QC Engineers to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our civil construction projects, with a strong emphasis on school and institutional buildings.

• Develop and implement QA / QC plans, inspection protocols, and procedures tailored to educational construction sites
• Oversee quality inspections across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and contract requirements
• Review and approve material submittals, test reports, and construction method statements
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
• Maintain thorough QA / QC documentation for internal use and client reporting
• Support project handover, commissioning, and closeout processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–15 years of QA / QC experience in civil construction (school or institutional projects preferred)
