Job summary

Evollabs Tech in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a QA Team Lead to build and guide a team of QA Engineers and SDETs responsible for the quality of our NOS. You will balance technical leadership with people leadership to drive testing strategy and delivery.

You will own QA strategy across functional, regression, and performance validation, oversee CI/CD QA workflows, coordinate with HAL/Control Plane teams, and ensure timely, high-quality test cycles while shaping a strong quality culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA teams in networking or systems software.
• Strong background in test automation and network engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with CI/CD-driven QA environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team (5–10 engineers) across manual and automated testing.
• Define QA strategy for functional, regression, and performance validation.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration of QA workflows.
• Coordinate test planning with development leads across HAL, Control Plane, and Management Plane.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of test cycles.
• Act as the voice of QA in release and architecture reviews.
