Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a manufacturing company in the UAE to recruit a QA/QC Officer responsible for day-to-day quality control across plastic injection molding and packaging operations.

You will oversee incoming materials, in-process and finished-product inspections, maintain records, and drive CAPA actions, NCRs and corrective measures with a hands-on shop-floor approach. Opportunities for growth and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality, Polymer/Plastics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in QA/QC, ideally plastics or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, inspection procedures, CAPA, RCA, NCR and quality documentation.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing/shop-floor.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quality reporting.
• Good English communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA/QC operations on shop floor across plastic injection moulding and packaging.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards daily.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Lead CAPA, NCR, and root cause investigations through to closure.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare daily quality reports for management.
• Support supplier quality and customer audits.
