Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Quality Inspector for its Ajman manufacturing operations. You will inspect incoming materials, perform in-process and final product inspections, and coordinate with Production to address defects. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and timely quality reporting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in flexible plastic packaging, a solid understanding of film processes, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Flexible Plastic / Packaging Manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic film, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making processes.
• Good understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
• UAE experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.
• Check film thickness, width, printing, lamination, sealing, cutting and overall product quality.
• Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
• Identify quality defects, rejection and rework and coordinate with the Production Team.
• Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists and quality records.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Bag Making teams.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer specifications
