Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring a QA/QC Officer for a UAE plastics manufacturing operation to oversee daily quality control across injection moulding and packaging. The role focuses on ensuring materials, processes and finished products meet defined standards with strong shop-floor involvement.

You will document QA activities, report non-conformities, drive CAPA/NCR actions, maintain records and support customer audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality, Polymer/Plastics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years QA/QC experience, preferably in plastics or packaging.
• Hands-on experience on a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow QA/QC procedures, SOPs and quality standards daily.
• Document incoming inspection and release of raw materials.
• Perform in-process and finished-product inspections.
• Maintain quality records and document control.
• Track CAPA, NCR, customer complaints and corrective actions to closure.
• Prepare and submit daily quality reports to management.
