Job summary

The Team Builders is recruiting for a leading EPC contractor in the UAE. We seek an experienced QA/QC Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale EPC construction projects.

You will lead QA/QC teams, manage ITPs, and ensure project documentation meets the highest standards in a challenging UAE environment. Ideal candidates have 15-20+ years in QA/QC within EPC, GCC/UAE experience, and strong leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years QA/QC experience in EPC construction projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS)
• Experience leading QA/QC teams on large multidisciplinary EPC projects
• GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities on large multidisciplinary EPC projects
• Develop and implement ITPs and project QA documentation
• Coordinate inspections, audits and non-conformance resolutions
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards
