Job summary

The Team Builders is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for large-scale EPC construction projects. Candidates should have 15-20 years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of ISO standards and project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, with GCC/UAE experience being highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

QA/QC Manager

• 1520 years of QA/QC experience within EPC construction projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards quality management systems inspections audits ITPs and project documentation
• Experience leading QA/QC teams on large multidisciplinary EPC projects
• GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant discipline)
• 1520 years of relevant EPC industry experience
• Proven experience with leading EPC contractors
• Strong leadership communication and client management skills
• Available to work in the UAE
