Job summary

China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction CO.,Ltd Dubai Brach(CNI22) seeks a senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on large-scale projects in the UAE. The role requires 8–10 years in construction QA/QC and at least 3 years in a senior QA/QC position.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC Manager or equivalent senior quality management position.
• Proven experience in villa, residential, high-rise, commercial, or large-scale building projects.
• Experience working with international contractors, consultants, or EPC/DB project environments is preferred.
• UAE / GCC construction experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project QMS per ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and checklists.
• Lead QA/QC activities across civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, and close-out actions.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Lead snagging, testing, final inspection, and handover activities.
• Produce QA/QC reports and KPIs for project management.
