Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager
DECO Group of Companies, a leader in Electrical Instrumentation & Controls contracting, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our dynamic team. The QA/QC Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Site Planning
Define the project s QA/QC scope and develop tailored quality objectives.
Conduct thorough site assessments and develop comprehensive QA/QC plans.
Coordinate QA/QC activities with project managers to align with construction timelines.
Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Site Execution
Ensure QA/QC plans clarify roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols.
Supervise testing activities such as material tests and system calibrations.
Prepare and submit regular quality reports to stakeholders.
Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Monitoring & Control
Monitor daily and weekly project progress to ensure quality processes generate desired outcomes.
Implement productivity measures and ensure project KPIs such as SPI and CPI are met.
Attend weekly construction coordination meetings to address site issues and ensure resolutions.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with other-discipline contractors and clients.
Qualifications
Prepare and send daily/weekly QA/QC reports, including site progress, materials used, and test results.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Establish quality performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of QA/QC processes.
