About Your Role

As QA/QC Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Assurance Plan.
• Lead and structure the QA/QC team, including training and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor construction activities, conduct inspections, and champion quality outcomes.
• Oversee submittals, approvals, testing, and handover documentation.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards for real-time data and trend analysis.
• Ensure project-wide compliance with quality, authority, and client requirements.
• Lead snagging, closeout, and final handover activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in senior QA/QC roles, especially in luxury construction projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior finishes across all phases
• Proficiency in QA/QC systems such as BIM 360, Aconex, and Power BI
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Leadership experience and stakeholder coordination skills
• A proactive, analytical mindset and commitment to excellence
