Job description

QA/QC Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Procedures.
Set up the structure of the project quality team and manage their daily operations.
Support project leaders in establishing performance metrics; monitor and report on these metrics regularly.
Conduct regular surveillance at the site.
Review project specifications and prepare Inspection Test Plans.
Prepare and review Method Statements, ensuring quality control aspects are addressed.
Prepare and submit QA/QC reports as required.
Liaise with the corporate office for quality reporting.
Manage external and internal nonconformities, liaising with stakeholders.
Establish the inspection system framework and oversee inspection activities.
Manage material inspection processes prior to client inspections.
Supervise the internal/external team responsible for quality testing.
Set up project logs and systems for recording testing activities.
Ensure all QA/QC records are maintained and documents are traceable.
Conduct internal training programs before activities commence.
Manage the equipment calibration program.
Conduct internal audits to ensure ISO and project management system compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
13+ years of experience.
