QA QC Manager

Responsibilities:

1. The company QA/QC Manager is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
2. The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
3. Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation.
4. Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
5. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.
6. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
7. Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
8. Attend client quality management meetings.
9. The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
10. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
11. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
12. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
13. Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
14. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager & QC Supervisor.
15. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
16. Monitor statistical method reporting.
17. Action and close all customer complaints.
18. Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
19. Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s.
20. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site.
21. Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.
22. Coordinate all receipt inspections.
23. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
24. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
25. Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
26. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
27. Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer.
28. Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
29. Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
30. Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
31. Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.
32. Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
33. Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Engineering Degree or equivalent - Mechanical.
2. Minimum 12 years and above’ experience with recorded details & previous approval.
3. CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent as Minimum.
4. Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
5. Familiar with codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME B 31.4, ASME Sec II, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec VIII, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc.
6. Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred.
7. Shall have experience in Piping & Pipeline quality inspections.
