Zusammenfassung

FSIME Construction LLC is seeking a QA QC Inspector NACE Level II to support quality inspection and control activities for passive fire protection projects in Dubai. The role requires hands-on experience in QA QC inspection coating painting inspection and project documentation.

The ideal candidate will conduct inspections, ensure compliance with ITPs and specifications, coordinate with site teams and maintain QA/QC records, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifikationen

• NACE Level II certification required.
• Experience in QA/QC inspection, coating inspection, surface preparation and DFT measurements preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and construction inspection procedures.

Aufgaben

• Conduct QA QC inspections for passive fire protection works including fireproofing and protective coating applications.
• Perform inspection of surface preparation coating application DFT WFT and other relevant quality parameters.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved ITP Method Statements Project Specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers subcontractors and consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests IR WIR checklists inspection reports and QA QC records.
• Monitor material approvals batch numbers certificates and traceability.
• Identify quality deviations non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain proper inspection and testing documentation for project handover.
• Support site teams in maintaining project quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements & qualifications

• NACE Level II / equivalent coating inspection certification.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of QA/QC inspection experience, preferably in passive fire protection, fireproofing, protective coatings or construction.
• Fresh NACE Level II candidates with relevant practical exposure may also be considered.
• Knowledge of coating inspection, surface preparation and DFT measurement.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and construction inspection procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability / candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
