Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Minimum Experience: Should have at least 3 years’ experience in the Quality & HVAC manufacturing field.
Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC manufacturing and operations (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Good understanding of quality procedures, inspection of electrical and HVAC systems, and all related international standards.
- Knowledge of powder coating and painting processes (standard and Marine application), anti-corrosion techniques, painting rectification, coils painting (Aries coating), dipping coating procedures, oven curing procedures, and latest technologies in painting and coating.
- Familiarity with materials packing, lifting, shipping procedures, RFID tags, conducting inspections, and preparing checklists.
- Knowledge of latest HVAC techniques, NCR & MDR processes, detailed product inspection, progress reporting, product evaluation, line monitoring, and ERP systems.
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities
- Conduct in-process inspections of air-cooled condensing units, chillers, and package units as per work orders, drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Complete relevant QA/QC inspection forms and raise Non-Conformity reports if deviations are found.
- Suggest system improvements and amendments to existing procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain records of all inspections and related activities.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the QA/QC engineer.
