Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a QA QC Executive to ensure quality standards on MEP projects for residential and commercial buildings in Dubai. The role focuses on inspecting electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works, checking against drawings, specifications and method statements, and maintaining quality records.

Qualifications

• QA QC inspection experience in MEP works for residential and commercial buildings.
• Experience with water heaters, thermostats, plumbing fixtures and associated MEP installations.
• Knowledge of MEP material inspection and installation inspections.
• Inspection of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works as applicable; experience checking installation against approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Preparation and maintenance of Inspection Requests (IR) checklists, NCRs and quality documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and identifying defects, deviations and workmanship issues.
• Coordination with MEP contractors, consultants, site engineers and project teams.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning of MEP systems; knowledge of ITPs, method statements and approved materials.
• Experience in snagging, de-snagging and final inspection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct QA/QC inspections on MEP installations.

Key Experience Required

• QA QC inspection experience in MEP works for residential commercial buildings
• Experience with water heaters thermostats plumbing fixtures and associated MEP installations
• Knowledge of MEP material inspection and installation inspections
• Inspection of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical works as applicable Experience checking installation against approved drawings specifications and method statements
