Job summary

EPIC PIPING, LLC is seeking a QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi to develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for piping fabrication projects. The role requires at least 13 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects and knowledge of ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in welding, NDT, and coating / painting.
• Good command in PROJECT Quality auditing.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
• Skill in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Fluent English lingual skills.

Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for piping fabrication projects.
• Review and interpret piping system specifications, blueprints, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and tests on piping systems, including welds, joints, and materials, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify non-conformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effective resolution of quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspection processes and findings.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes in QA/QC processes as necessary
