Job summary

Royal Joinery is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Joinery & Fit-out) to uphold the highest quality standards across construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will develop QA/QC plans, perform on-site inspections, review drawings, and drive continuous quality improvements.

The role requires a civil engineering or related degree with 3–5 years UAE joinery/fit-out experience. A UAE driving licence is advantageous for site visits and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in joinery and fit-out industries.
• UAE driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine QA/QC plans for construction projects with inspection/testing protocols.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits for quality standards and specs.
• Review drawings and specs to identify potential quality challenges.
• Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and provide technical input.
• Report QA/QC progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure materials and equipment meet quality standards and certifications.
• Execute inspections and tests on materials, components, and systems.
• Maintain meticulous QA/QC records and generate reports as needed.
• Organise and deliver QA/QC training sessions for construction teams.
• Engage in internal and external quality audits and assessments.
• Stay updated on industry regulations relevant to QA/QC.
