Job summary

Royal Joinery in the UAE is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Joinery & Fit-out) to uphold the highest quality standards across construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You will develop QA/QC plans, conduct on-site inspections, review drawings, train teams, and report progress to stakeholders while ensuring materials and methods meet all specifications. This role requires 3–5 years of UAE experience and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in joinery and fit-out industries.
• A UAE driving licence will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually refine QA/QC plans for construction projects, incorporating thorough inspection and testing protocols.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality standards and project specifications.
• Scrutinise construction documentation, blueprints, and specifications to proactively identify and resolve potential quality challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams to promptly address quality-related issues and offer technical expertise.
• Regularly report on QA/QC progress to project stakeholders and provide insights to improve processes.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet the requisite quality standards and certifications.
• Execute inspections and tests on construction materials, structural components, and systems.
• Maintain meticulous records of all QA/QC activities and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
• Organise and deliver training sessions to educate construction teams on QA/QC best practices.
• Engage in both internal and external quality audits and assessments.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations pertinent to quality assurance and control.

QA/QC Engineer (Joinery & Fit‑out) who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout all construction projects. Minimum Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in the joinery industry and fit‑out industry.
• A UAE driving licence will be advantageous.
