Job Description

-Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and other QA/QC documentation in coordination with the project team.

-Conduct site inspections and ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

-Review and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, method statements, and work procedures submitted by subcontractors or suppliers.

-Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for inspection requests, witnessing tests, and submission of inspection reports.

-Monitor and verify compliance of on-site works with international standards, local authority requirements, and project-specific quality requirements.

-Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities (NCRs), proposing corrective and preventive actions and ensuring timely closure.

-Oversee and coordinate third-party testing (concrete, steel, welds, etc.) and review the results for acceptance or further action.

-Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, testing, calibrations, and quality audits.

-Lead or participate in internal quality audits, site quality walks, and project quality reviews.k.

• Experience:

  Hands-on experience with PQPs, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, and third-party testing coordination.
• Site & Inspection Skills:
  Proven ability to conduct stage-wise inspections, manage testing and calibration records, and lead quality audits.
  Familiarity with structural steel, concrete, welding, and fabrication QA procedures.
• Documentation & Communication:
  Strong skills in preparing QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and project dossiers.
  Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
