Job Description

• Implement and maintain quality control systems for construction works.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality-related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to QA/QC procedures and project specifications.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, material approvals, NCRs, and QA/QC reports.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on QA/QC-related matters.
• Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists for final completion.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly quality reports to the QA/QC Manager.
• Verify that all materials delivered to the site conform to the approved material submittals.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and project handover files.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.
• Experience in villa, mid-rise, and high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, and BS/EN standards.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or other local authority regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools.
