Tanqeeb invites applications for the QA/QC Engineer position (5 vacancies) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role coordinates with Consultants, Clients, Engineers and site teams to manage offshore submittals, inspections, ITPs and quality approvals, while maintaining QA/QC documentation.

Requirements: 5+ years in QA/QC with offshore construction experience; multidisciplinary exposure (structural, piping, mechanical, civil, architectural); offshore safety certifications (BOSIET/FOET with HUET and H2S).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, including proven offshore construction experience.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary works such as structural, piping, mechanical, civil, and architectural activities.
• Valid offshore safety certifications such as BOSIET/FOET with HUET, H2S, as required by the project/client.
• Strong ability to effectively coordinate, manage, and communicate with inspectors and project team members.

• Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, Technical Engineers, and site teams for material submittals, inspections, ITPs, method statements, and quality-related approvals for offshore construction activities.
• Conduct inspections, surveillance, mock-up/stage inspections, and work checks to verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, contract requirements, and applicable offshore standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, corrective actions, audit records, site observations, and quality reports; support timely closure of non-conformances.
• Monitor QMS and QHSE compliance, conduct internal/external audits, promote quality workmanship, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and defect-free offshore project execution.
