Ensure the quality and workmanship of every activity across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines, interfacing with multidisciplinary operations.
Develop method statements, risk assessments, job safety environmental analysis (JSEA), inspection test plans (ITP), and checklists based on project specifications.
Perform daily inspections and tests for the scope and quality of construction, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
Carry out inspections to ensure quality-related procedures on-site align with approved method statements and ITPs.
Coordinate with consultants and site in-charges for inspections, meetings, and addressing quality issues, including closure of non-compliance reports (NCR).
Report to the QA/QC Manager and monitor all activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Manage all QA/QC documents for the project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, site instructions, and permanent material deliveries.
Ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCR) and site instructions (SI).
Skills:
Planning, assigning, directing, and reviewing QA/QC work for a professional and support staff.
Implementing, interpreting, and explaining policies, procedures, rules, and regulations related to QA/QC matters.
Reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
