Job Description

• Coordinate and liaise with clients on all quality-related matters.
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in collaboration with the project team.
• Prepare project-specific quality documentation, including the Quality Plan, Material Submittals, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.
• Manage the submission and monitoring of all QA/QC documentation, such as Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Taking Over Certificates (TOCs).
• Identify and report non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Follow up with the Project Manager to ensure timely closure of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure all site activities, particularly critical works, are executed in compliance with approved Method Statements and the Project Quality Plan.
• Prepare Method Statements for various construction activities as required.
• Conduct regular quality inductions and training sessions for site personnel.
• Perform internal and external quality audits as assigned by company management.
• Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including drafting reports, letters, and professional emails.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in roads construction projects
