Job Description
  1. Inspect and evaluate inventory and non-inventory materials at warehouse and supplier sites.
  2. Implement QA/QC procedures according to company policy, ISO standards, and vendor management processes.
  3. Develop and maintain material inspection and testing protocols.
  4. Assess and manage risks related to material quality and safety.
  5. Attend FAT, SAT, and pre-mobilization inspections.
  6. Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and in-process inspections.
  7. Review technical documents such as MTCs, calibration reports, and manuals.
  8. Identify non-conformities, initiate CAPA, and coordinate NCR closures.
  9. Support warehouse and procurement teams in resolving material issues.
  10. Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation.
  11. Collaborate with QHSE, third-party inspectors, and service providers.
  12. Promote a quality culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  13. Prepare ITPs, inspection reports, and assist in audit preparations.
  14. Report unsafe conditions and support continual improvement actions.
  15. Perform internal and supplier audits; prepare quality performance reports.
  16. Carry out site inspections and submit daily visit reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Additional Qualifications: Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) & Material Management System, Internal Auditor.

Skills
  • Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical equipment parts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in multilingual environments, especially in English & Hindi.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of standards like ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ASME, ANSI, LOLER, and applicable BS/EN standards.
