Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation, submission, and liaising of work inspection requests, material inspections, method statements, and corresponding QA/QC logs.
2. Inspection of contractors' and subcontractors' work on site and presenting reports to the client for approval.
3. Performing QA/QC checks, audits, and reviews; identifying non-conformances; and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
4. Monitoring the progress of work and reporting the status of official inspections.
5. Verifying the quality of site activities to ensure compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
6. Maintaining necessary close-out documentation as per project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MEP or Civil Engineering from a recognized university preferred.
