QA QC Document Controller
Job description
- Manage the lifecycle of QA QC documentation, ensuring all records are systematically organized and easily retrievable for audits and inspections.
- Implement and maintain a robust document control process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to mitigate risks.
- Review and verify the accuracy of QA QC documents before distribution, guaranteeing that all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest documentation and procedural guidelines.
- Coordinate the approval process for QA QC documents, tracking revisions and ensuring timely sign-offs from relevant parties.
- Conduct regular audits of document control systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall efficiency.
- Train team members on document control processes and best practices, fostering a culture of quality assurance within the organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of all document revisions, approvals, and distributions to ensure accountability and traceability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems, integrating document control into broader QA QC initiatives.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations related to QA QC documentation for management review and decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience with document management software (e.g., Aconex, EDMS) to streamline documentation processes effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; additional languages are a plus for international projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage substantial volumes of documentation efficiently.
