As a QA/QC Coordinator in ALEC Building, you’ll be at the heart of delivering iconic structures. Our team shapes landmark projects from foundation to finish - providing the space and support for you to take ownership, lead boldly, and build excellence into every detail. You'll play a key role in supporting project execution, ensuring that every stage of the project, from initiation to closeout, is completed on time and in line with contract specifications. You’ll be the bridge between clients, consultants, and the execution team—making sure our brand’s reputation for excellence is upheld every step of the way.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Lead Quality Management: Oversee QA/QC activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan and contract specifications.
• Coordinate Inspections & Tests: Organize and ensure inspections and tests are conducted as per approved ITPs, handling everything from material submittals to factory inspections.
• Resolve Issues & Improve Processes: Address non-conformance reports (NCRs) and close site instructions quickly, coordinating with subcontractors and the project team to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Drive Project Closeout: Manage closeout documentation and snagging/de-snagging activities, ensuring deliverables are submitted and approved on schedule.
• Support Training: Provide training on materials and workmanship to the team to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report key project metrics, ensuring the team is hitting performance targets and driving continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: B.Eng. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 10+ years as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the building construction industry
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in data management and analytics
• A passion for quality, with a positive, can-do attitude
