Your Role

As QA/QC Coordinator / Site QA/QC Manager, you will:

• Implement and manage the Project Quality Plan on site
• Oversee daily site QA/QC activities and subcontractor compliance
• Coordinate all material submittals and approvals in line with project timelines
• Lead quality inspections, factory visits, and field testing
• Manage and close out NCRs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
• Facilitate snagging, de-snagging, and final project handover documentation
• Conduct training for QA/QC and execution teams
• Report contractor performance and QA/QC-related variations to management

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in a construction environment
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and material compliance
• Proven ability to lead QA/QC activities from initiation to closeout
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to ALEC’s values
