We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil engineering works are carried out to the highest quality standards, complying with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil engineering projects. - Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. - Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues. - Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, test results, and non-conformance reports. - Coordinate and oversee material testing and inspection activities. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. - Train and guide staff in quality management best practices and procedures. - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies regarding quality matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably in large civil engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations in the UAE. - Proficient in quality management systems and relevant inspection/testing techniques. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Familiarity with safety standards and practices on construction sites. - Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
