Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil engineering projects. - Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. - Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues. - Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, test results, and non-conformance reports. - Coordinate and oversee material testing and inspection activities. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. - Train and guide staff in quality management best practices and procedures. - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies regarding quality matters.
