Job summary

The Bahri & Mazroei Group is seeking a QA Inspector to perform inward material inspections, in-process checks, FAT coordination, and final testing of LV and control panels at our Dubai facilities. The role emphasizes adherence to IEC standards, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with project and site teams.

You will prepare labels, maintain inspection reports, support HSE activities, and assist in internal audits, ensuring quality across the manufacturing and commissioning lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inward inspection and quality verification of incoming materials.
• Perform inspection and quality checks of MDB/ SMDB/FDB/MCC/Capacitor Banks panels during the manufacturing process.
• Carry out in-process inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with clients and consultants in coordination with project Engineer / Operations Manager.
• Perform testing and commissioning of LV and control panels, ATS Panel and PCC
• Conduct final functional and routine testing of completed panels and prepare related documents for the same as per IEC standards.
• Prepare the appropriate labels for the panels as per the project requirement.
• Prepare, maintain, and control quality inspection reports and related documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project and site teams as required.
• Maintain and update timesheet records for workshop technicians.
• Support HSE activities and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in internal audits, including audit preparation, documentation review, and follow-up of quality-related findings.
