Minimum 10 Years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the food industry, preferably in a flour mill or related processing facility.
Master's degree in food science, Microbiology, Food Technology.
Good Hygiene Practice, HACCP certifications.
Certifications: HALAL, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, BRC Issue 8 Global Standards.
