Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing QA for mid-to-large digital transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with airline systems, including PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check-In, GDS, and Amadeus.
• Experience testing Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface applications.
• Proven experience leading End-to-End QA delivery, including Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools.
• Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
• Experience working with Agile delivery and release teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, reporting and quality governance.
• Manage Functional, Non-Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Lead QA teams and mentor test engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Coordinate testing across Web, Mobile, Middleware and Interface applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and Agile release teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate airline business processes across PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, Check-In, DCS, GDS and Amadeus platforms.
• Track testing progress, manage risks and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
• Utilize ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira to manage testing activities and defects.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, methodologies and best practices.

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a QA Manager for one of our partners a global leader in consulting digital transformation technology and engineering services.

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in the airline industry to lead quality assurance activities across large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end QA delivery, leading testing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions across airline systems and customer-facing applications. This role requires either professional fluency in both Arabic and English or prior international work experience in a Western market e.g. US UK Canada Europe Australia.
