Job summary

Mullers Solutions 1 in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT or related field.
4+ years of QA experience.
Experience with manual and automated testing.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, plans, and comprehensive test cases.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Validate AI outputs against business requirements and quality standards.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Execute both manual and automated testing where applicable.
Verify application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
Prepare test reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, BI analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality.
