Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building AI-powered testing and intelligent automation to raise product quality across the board.

You will design, build and operate agents that support test creation, execution, maintenance, evaluation and failure triage, while shaping evaluation methods for AI capabilities within a distributed, fully remote engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and owning test infrastructure or internal platforms.
• Practical experience with LLMs or agent frameworks and evaluating AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and CI at scale.
• Ability to influence across teams and drive adoption of tools.
• Depth of product understanding to build quality solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI agents across the testing lifecycle.
• Own infrastructure for test environments, data, guardrails, and cost controls.
• Establish reliable methods for evaluating agent output quality.
• Apply AI-driven evaluation to non-deterministic capabilities.
• Collaborate with product engineering to keep testing tools relevant.
• Develop reusable testing patterns and enablement practices.
• Drive adoption of quality engineering across teams.
• Contribute to system design and continuous improvement of testing infra.
