Responsibilities include coordinating second party audits, handling customer feedback, reviewing procedures, and supporting QA management with training and reporting. This role requires a vocational diploma and 5+ years in QA.

Formación

• Must hold a Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent).
• Must hold 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Have experience in a similar large services sector organization or an aviation services business.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct process compliance audits and raise reports to QA Manager.
• Coordinate with business units and external providers for second party audits.
• Administer customer feedback and ensure timely corrective action.
• Conduct process reviews and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Review department procedures and maintain current versions for compliance.
• Provide training support and prepare for audits and management reviews.
• Undertake internal audits and present findings with trends and recommendations.
• Advise on continual improvement and support implementation within timelines.
