Job summary

Nagarro in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design test plans that validate prompt accuracy, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure response completeness for AI tool workflows.

You will automate user journey tests, maintain testing frameworks, and document defects. Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, and TestRail plus knowledge of Cypress is preferred; 2–5 years in software QA required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally with exposure to AI/ML-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans to validate prompt accuracy and hallucination mitigation.
• Automate test scripts for user journeys within the AI tool.
• Maintain testing frameworks and tools including automation.
• Identify UX issues, document defects, and create detailed reports on findings.
• Experience in AI/LLM output evaluation is advantageous.
