QA Assistant

Aventi Industries is a leading and integrated manufacturer of food & beverage products, based in Dubai. Our company’s focus is to manufacture condiments, sauces, syrups, powder products and beverages and deliver products of excellent value and quality.

Currently, our company is looking to hire a talented and competitive individual in the capacity of QA-QC Assistant at our Dubai Office to fulfil the company’s goals of achieving quality parameters for their products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Documentation Management:

1. Accurately record data from routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
2. Organize and update quality control documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
3. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and other regulatory documentation.

Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure all documentation meets food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
2. Document and report any non-compliance issues to the QC Executives promptly.
3. Assist in identifying documentation-related process improvements and implement best practices.
4. Participate in quality audits and help document and track corrective actions.
5. Provide administrative support to the QC Manager with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum requirement is a holder of Diploma Certification in Food Safety / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food technology, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous experience in a quality control or documentation role within the food industry is preferred.
3. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards is required.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation software is needed.
8. The ability to perform repetitive tasks and manage physical documents is required.
