As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing materials/services by building expertise in external industries, sourcing skills, and internal categories/markets.
Responsible for the coordination and execution of sourcing activities, managing internal and external relationships, and ensuring the business needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute small-scale sourcing projects.
Engage in the creation of models and conduct analyses.
Demonstrate stewardship and execute organizational responsibilities.
Identify key business building opportunities.
Ensure procurement processes are conducted in accordance with current standards.
Job Qualifications:
Have a bachelor’s degree or higher (in Purchasing preferably).
Maximum of 4 years of purchasing/procurement (preferred), finance, or analytics.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes ensuring adherence to processes and structures.
Good understanding of fundamental contracting principles.
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset and methodology.
Good command of the English language. Arabic is a plus.
