We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement of building materials and supplies for our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of managing vendor relationships, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals
• Source and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers (local & international)
• Manage the procurement of various building materials (cement, steel, wood, tiles, etc.)
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
• Track inventory levels and forecast future needs to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Monitor market trends and identify new materials or suppliers that could add value
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to coordinate supply chain activities
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and import/export requirements
