  • Utilize procurement software and tools to track purchasing activities and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations and Finance to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Review and validate supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and prompt payments.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
