Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a purchasing role focused on Jack up rigs.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes in Oil & Gas.

• Prepare and follow up on tenders and vendor prequalification.

Purchaser (Drilling Rigs)

Responsibilities

1. Procurement activities (mainly for General services) as per usual Oil & Gas process
2. Preparation of bidders list (the purchaser must know Vendors)
3. Vendor prequalification (compliance & due diligence process)
4. Preparation and follow up of a call for tender
5. Purchase Order issuance in SAP
6. Follow up of each step in organized and tidy Excel spreadsheets
7. Filing of all RFQ documents on the server in the right folders with the right numbering & hierarchy
8. Mastering SAP
9. PO issuance
10. SES issuance
11. GR issuance
12. CAOF issuance
13. Versatility:
14. RFQ and commercial negotiations for general services subcontracts and Purchase Orders (car rental, hotels, IT, stationeries, etc.)
15. RFQ and commercial negotiations for Oil & Gas related equipment (PPE, freight forwarders, agencies, fittings, etc.)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 8 years experience in purchasing role with focus on Jack up rigs.
