Purchaser Role

We are looking to hire a Purchaser responsible for pricing vehicles for representation to advertise on the dubizzle pro platform. As the UAE's largest used car classified website, this position involves generating new listings to increase inventory and ensure all sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Price a variety of vehicles within dubizzle pro guidelines
  • Negotiate with customers to price cars effectively, ensuring efficient sales with maximum margins
  • Purchase cars for retail within specified criteria
  • Price cars for managed services, ensuring competitiveness
  • Achieve a retail margin of 10%
  • Maintain an average stock duration of 30 days
  • Meet monthly targets and margins across Retail, Managed, and Auction categories
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate new branch sign-ups
  • Adjust vehicle prices based on mileage, color, warranty, engine, specifications, and condition
  • Accurately record customer and vehicle data in Salesforce CRM to maintain current databases
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
  • Experience with CRM software/apps, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge of the used car market, especially GCC vehicles
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication via in-person, email, and phone
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Team player in a fast-paced, high-performing, multicultural environment with over 50 nationalities
