Purchase Manager - Ceramic & Sanitary Ware

Senior Manager - Recruitment | Emiratization Specialist | Connecting Talent with Transformative Opportunities Across Middle East

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related building materials
• Source and evaluate suppliers both locally and internationally
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms to optimize cost and value
• Ensure timely procurement to meet project deadlines and inventory requirements
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and quality standards
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and project teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Stay updated with market trends, new product launches, and supplier innovations
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation in ERP systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant procurement experience in ceramic, tiles, or sanitary ware industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of import/export processes and UAE market dynamics
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
