Purchase Executive

• Apply new techniques to improve quality and production.
• Conduct rejection analysis and implement process improvements to control and reduce rejections.
• Inspect materials and quality output, manage manpower, and provide training.
• Maintain production and maintenance records; apply 5S, KAIZEN, and POKA YOKE methodologies.
• Implement techniques for quality, production, and workplace improvements.
• Manage production planning and process control.
• Maintain records of all materials; proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP and SAP including reservations, work orders, stock transfers, purchase orders, and MIGO.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Monitor daily stocks for improved processing.
• Ability to create purchase orders in SAP.
• Summarize approved bills and forward all bills after approval to the finance department.
• Create GRN register in ERP and SAP.
• Supervise store activities, including material handling, unloading from suppliers, and issuing materials to the production floor.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

Candidates must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in purchase procurement.
