Job Description:

1. Create strategic buying plans, forecast demand, and curate seasonal assortments across adventure categories, ensuring optimal stock and timely replenishment.
2. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and explore sourcing options to secure quality, cost-effective products.
3. Manage budgets, track key financial metrics, and align buying decisions with profitability and business goals.
4. Lead the buying team, drive cross-functional alignment, and continuously improve processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 35 years old and below
2. At least 4 years relevant experience in related industry
3. Proven experience as a Buyer in the retail sector, preferably with a focus on outdoor sports, adventure gear, or activewear.
4. Strong product knowledge of technical gear and adventure apparel and proven skill in vendor management and understanding UAE market trends.
5. Hands-on or personal experience in outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, or kayaking is preferred.
