Job Description

1. Assist in sourcing materials, goods, and services
2. Support vendor management and maintain supplier databases
3. Obtain quotes and compare prices, terms, and delivery timelines
4. Help process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
5. Coordinate with the internal team to understand purchase requirements
6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing
3. Good communication and negotiation skills
4. Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation
5. UAE experience or exposure is an added advantage
