Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing knitwear apparel and blankets from both local and international suppliers
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on product requirements and inventory levels
• Liaise with vendors to confirm specifications, pricing, sample approvals, and delivery schedules
• Monitor order progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery timelines, pricing agreements, and vendor performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, inventory, quality control) to align procurement with demand and standards
• Handle shipping/import documentation and track shipments as required
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and delivery standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience in the UAE, preferably within apparel, knitwear, or blankets
• Strong understanding of knitwear fabrics, garment construction, and blanket materials
• Proven experience in purchase order processing, vendor negotiation, and supplier management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/purchasing software
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping capabilities
