Join Our Team at Metso Middle East– Pump Sales Manager Opportunity in Dubai
Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for slurry pumping systems? Metso UAE is seeking a talented Pump Sales Manager to strengthen our Pump Sales and Service Team, based in Dubai.
What you'll do:
- Elaborate, promote and develop slurry pumping system solutions including Slurry Pumps, Slurry Hoses, Slurry Valves and Hydrocyclones to Metso customers in the assigned region.
- Ensure value co-creation is effectively done with the customer. Promote customer success culture.
- Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the pump products sales.
- Continuously drive pump business order intake, sales growth, and profitability to exceed targets.
- Responsible for leading pump equipment sales, aftermarket and professional service offering.
- Ensure timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations.
- Understand the market, competition, and industry best practices for pump sales and ensure that sales cases are developed accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with the sales process, proposal and risk management procedures in the cases.
- Ability to build and maintain good relations with all stakeholders from a range of cultures.
- Relay frontline feedback and improvement ideas to product management and delivery teams.
- Ensure seamless collaboration among Services, Sales, and Capital teams both locally and globally.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with local, regional and global resources.
- Ensure Metso's global processes and sales operating model, governance, roles and responsibilities are in place in the unit.
- Promote and lead the culture of safety in the workplace.
- Travel and time on site required.
Who you are:
- Strong background in selling pump equipment and pump spares, hydrocyclones, slurry handling products and slurry valves for mining, aggregates, and industrial segments within assigned territory by creating opportunities and generating sales from existing and new customers.
- 5+ years' experience in mining, large industrial or similar industry.
- Capability to discover customer needs and match our offering to provide a solution.
- Strong interpersonal and project leadership skills.
- Willing to actively engage in problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Strong computer skills are essential - MS Office is required. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge in CRM modules is required. Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
