Key Responsibilities

• * Arrange and follow up on Emirates ID applications and medical fitness appointments.
• * Manage trade licence renewals, establishment cards, and related company documentation.
• * Represent the company before government authorities, immigration offices, and service centres.
• * Submit applications through relevant government portals and track their progress.
• * Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and supporting documents.
• * Monitor expiry dates and arrange timely renewals.
• * Keep management informed of changes in government requirements and procedures.
• * Handle confidential company and employee information with discretion.
